Bill is the president of Impact Signs, a family-run business, and has been an owner since 2006. Bill is the founder and president of HydroHog Hydro Excavating which he started in 2022. Bill is also working on a new LLC and point-of-purchase website called Signtist.com. Bill, since a very young age, has had the entrepreneurial spirit, even selling golf balls that he found to golfers on the side of the road. After working for the family business since the young age of 14, Bill took a job at age 23 in Washington, Missouri, helping run a growing sign business called Ziglin Signs. During his time in Missouri, Bill honed his leadership skills and helped Ziglin Signs become one of the largest sign companies in Missouri. In 2004, Bill’s father, Keith Baker, asked Bill to come home to Utah to run the family business. So, Bill returned home and began running the operations of Impact Signs, a multi-million-dollar commercial sign company. After returning home from Missouri, Keith Baker also began training Bill in running the family’s commercial properties which he now manages over 100,000 square feet. Bill is also a family man, marrying his wife, Breann Baker, in 2011. Bill and Breann have two boys, Keith Broxton Baker and Brody Lynn Baker, ages 8 and 11 years old. In 2021, Bill started with the H.E.R.O.S. Coaching program and has been involved with it daily ever since. Bill has been sober for over two years now and loves helping people find their true selves without drugs or alcohol. Bill utilizes the H.E.R.O.S. Coaching program and now H.E.R.O.S. Community Foundation to help his companies maintain a positive, drug and alcohol-free environment.
