Jeff has been sober fromall mind altering substances since 0ctober 13, 2007.  He has 3 children, the first of whom isJustin, born 1991, that he has lost connection with from his addiction.  HIs other 2 children,  Gage born 2021 and Stevie born 2023 are withhis wife, Whitney, having been married since 2017.   He is honored to have the opportunity to nowbe the father he couldn’t be in his addiction.

Jeff graduated from Murray High School in 1991 and struggled with alcohol and drugs from then on.  He lived on the streets, homeless or with his grandma Fern when he wasn’t in jail.

Jeff currently works at UPS and Mallory Safety Supplies and owns his own sobriety coaching business, H.E.R.O.S. Coaching, LLC.  He is the leader in his field at his sales job and his passion is to coach and raise money for people that can’t afford good recovery treatment.

His skills are unique to addiction over the years of his sobriety. He has developed a modern approach to addiction recovery with my business partner, Douglas Freeman.  He has many connections in the addiction recovery community and feels like he can help place addicts in programs that can help them when they are truly ready to change to a healthy lifestyle.  His goal is to raise awareness and money for addiction recovery and help families stay together in a healthy environment, building a life that they won’t give up.

Jeff’s life that he won’t give up includes his love for the gym, camping, fishing, and hiking.  He considers himself a ‘glamper of men’ yet he can’t wait to show his kids life beyond technology.

He knows in his heart that if he can find serenity, anyone that wants to be clean and sober can truly do it with the right program.

His passion for service and spreading sobriety to as many people as possible has now created H.E.R.O.S.Community Foundation.
