Whitney Richins was born and raised in SLC, Utah and has been sober since 2016. Growing up, she struggled on and off with disordered eating that continued into her adulthood. Eventually, she learned to accept and truly love herself and gained an understanding that food is a necessity for her body to feel good and be healthy. With the support of her husband, she took her passion around food and health and went to college where she graduated from Weber State University, with honors, in Nutrition Education in 2021. She also certified through The National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer. Her hope is to help those in sobriety learn how to nourish their bodies with good nutrition so they can feel amazing and confident.
She has been married to her best friend since 2017 and is a proud mother of 2 amazing children and 2 pitbulls. She is filled with gratitude to be raising her children in sobriety and helping others with her husband, Jeff
